Level 2 Support Engineer


Requirement

An expanding Australian WordPress plugin software company is currently searching for a skilled support person to join our remote team in a Level 2 Support Engineer role. We’re looking for individual who possess excellent technical support skills including:

  • Excellent written English; Good spoken English is desired, but not necessary
  • Deep knowledge of WordPress and how it works
  • Deep knowledge of WooCommerce plugin
  • Knowledge of basic PHP coding is desired, but not necessary


Description

The role involves the following daily tasks:

  • Answering support tickets
  • Helping debug customer issues on hard tickets
  • Raising development tickets in JIRA
  • Reporting refund requests to admin
  • Handling difficult customers with care
  • Liaising with the developer and QA testing teams
